EG Food Bank Receives Community Giving Campaign Award from Kaiser Permanente


Kaiser Permanente Northern California employees selected Elk Grove Food Bank Services Run 4 Hunger as beneficiary of their Annual Community Giving Campaign. The EGFBS Annual Fundraiser, Run 4 Hunger, received the $5,000 award on behalf of the physicians and employees at Kaiser Permanente’s South Sacramento Service Area.

The Run 4 Hunger benefits Elk Grove Food Bank Services and will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2015 in Elk Grove Regional Park. Elk Grove Food Bank Services provides food, clothing and services to over 4,500 individuals each month. The non-profit organization serves people in eight ZIP code areas in and around the Elk Grove community.
